METABOLIC ANALYTICS

Metabolic Analytics is a non-invasive fat loss and wellness program. With a specific 14-site caliper test of your current body fat composition and a comprehensive analysis of the 7 Core Elements, a Metabolic Analytics client will be presented with an individualized protocol of nutrition, supplementation, exercise and lifestyle modifications based on their unique metabolic analysis. KINETIC CHAIN ENHANCEMENT

Kinetic Chain Enhancement uses various soft tissue, acupressure and muscle manipulation techniques to reintroduce proper muscle firing patterns as well as to liberate scar tissue therefore improving mobility, relieving pain and increasing strength. More specifically KCE can do the following: 

  • Rehabilitate long term injuries and restore healthy function to joints

I came to Stay Strong with a goal of body fat reduction. In the beginning, I felt a bit dubious when doing my first training session, but soon began to enjoy them, especially when seeing and feeling the positive results. Stay Strong is a unique personal training experience!  This is not the typical personal training that you see in the gym.  These techniques are different.  While everyone is doing the traditional arm curl, my Stay Strong trainer will have you doing something else to build those biceps.  I was instructed to do pull-ups, and let me tell you he made sure that I did them correctly (extending you arms fully and not just doing the jerking motion as most do).  If you are serious about getting in shape and want a personal trainer, those you find at Stay Strong are uniquely the best.  Otherwise go to the gym and pay all your hard earned money for a personal trainer who gives you no results.  I say this because I've been a Stay Strong client for three years and have seen results.
